Directions

 

 

 

From Beltway (Interstate 495), take exit for Route 7 toward Tysons Corner/Falls Church. Then take ramp East toward Falls Church. At second traffic light, just past George C. Marshall High School, turn right on George C. Marshall Drive. The gates to the Renaissance 2230 Condominium are located at the end of road.

 

From Interstate 66,

- If eastbound toward DC, take Exit 66 toward Falls Church. Then turn left on Route 7 toward Tysons Corner. At the fourth traffic light (just before George C. Marshall High School), turn left onto George C. Marshall Drive. The gates to the Renaissance 2230 Condominium are located at the end of this road.

 

- If westbound away from DC, take Exit 66B toward Tysons Corner. At the fourth traffic light

(just before George C. Marshall High School), turn left onto George C. Marshall Drive. The

Gates to the Renaissance 2230 Condominium are located at the end of this road.

 

Condo Access.

- stay to left, close to Gate House, in approaching entrance gate.

 

- press and release call button to alert Front Desk that access is desired.

 

- after Front Desk inquiry, press button again and announce purpose of visit.

 

- release call button and gate should begin to open.

 

Permit Requirements.

- inside property, proceed straight ahead totermporary parking in traffic circle at main entrance.

 

- register vehicle at front desk and obtain parking permit.

 

- return to vehicle and observe parking rules below.

 

Parking Rules.

- park only in unmarked non-reserved spaces.

 

- display parking permit at all times.

 

 

Speed Limit: 15 mph inside property.

 

Exiting Condo: return to Gate House area – gate will open automatically on approach.
