NOISE RESTRICTIONS

Residents and their guests shall exercise care to avoid loud or disturbing noises at all times. Televisions, stereos, musical instruments and other noise-producing devices shall be used in such a manner as not to disturb persons in neighboring apartments and shall not be audible outside the apartment in which used between the hours of 10PM and 9AM.
